Nigerian singer, Adewale Mayowa Emmanuel, popularly generally known as Mayorkun, has shared how Davido “miraculously” messaged and signed him after snubbing him for 2 weeks.
Speaking in a latest episode of the Afropolitan podcast, Mayorkun defined that he had stop his banking job after Davido promised to signal him after seeing a clip of him singing on-line, however the DMW ghosted him for 2 weeks, which left him in panic.
Mayorkun mentioned he resorted to in search of non secular help and began going to church, trusting God to intervene.
He recalled that after main a reward and worship session within the church someday, Davido texted him instantly and requested him to transfer into his home.
“Davido stopped replying to me for 2 weeks after I stop my banking job. I began going to church, and someday, instantly after singing reward and worship, he texted me on WhatsApp to pack my baggage and are available to his home. It was greater than an affidavit.
“You may not believe me but I haven’t even returned to my seat after leading the praise and worship before he messaged. I was on my way to my seat. Before then, I was in panic because I wasn’t sure whether Davido would talk to me again,” he acknowledged.
